stammering in retail work

stammering in retail work I’ve been applying for some jobs, the only ones that I’m qualified to do nearby are retail. Literally any advice whatsoever would be greatly appreciated, ie how is best to deal with any rude customers, how to approach it with colleagues/employers etc.. thank you :)
