I don't think stuttering is medically diagnosable!! You dont need a doctor to tell you if you have a stutter or not,you just figure if you're not as fluent as the everyday person with random uncontrollable blocks,repitions and breathing irregularities when speaking then you likely have a stutter.. If its covered by MSP that im not sure.. Just my 2 cents tho,do seek professional counsel about this . Good luck mate
