Any tipps for teaching?

Any tipps for teaching? I was recently offered a job at uni as a tutor for first semester students. I accepted only because it would look good on my resume and I could use the money. Are there any stuttering teachers out there who could offer me some tipps how to reduce the stuttering to a minimum despite the anxiety?
