I've had the smiles turn to frowns too bro.. but I've learned to flip it into some type of joke. I usually tell em I have a speech problem in the beginning and the ones the like me always say" oh your fine or that's ok" lol Don't let it bring you , keep going. Sounds like you attract them as is , so tweak ur intro and you'll b smooth
