Um, yes if you're able to do that, sure. If you have successfully located a speech block, I just take a breath and feel it disappear, as in the block in my throat reflexivly let's go. Sometimes you will stutter a bit but the word will come out. That is something you will have to get used to, stutter a bit sometimes. But as a stutterer, it will trigger a lot of the negative thoughts we have like "oh no, they know we stutter" or something like it. You will have to teach yourself that no one is 100% fluent and as a stutterer, the stutter reveals nothing about you as a person. I'm sharing posts on my profile that might help ppl who stutter (PWS). Feel free to ask any more questions.
