Triggering is an actual medical term. It's not just some made-up insult to make fun of people who struggle with their mental health or who are attention-seeking. This is the correct usage of the term, that is to mean it could cause someone to relive psychological trauma they have experienced (ridicule) due to being a person who stutters. I don't think this should need explaining, yet here we are.
