My mom works with a cbd company and she’s been giving me bottles for things unrelated to my stutter. It relaxes your mind and body so you don’t put too much stress on yourself and your mouth to correct your speech. It helps my stuttering because I’m not overthinking it but it doesn’t cure it completely
