Anticipating a frequent blocking word, I consciously say the word *right* at the end of a breath - after pushing all air out of my lungs. I'm fascinated by what this is doing internally - perhaps it's the activity of consciously breathing out that breaks some blocking circuit within my brain. It makes no sense, but works and is pretty much unnoticeable. Other than that it's just word substitution, which I'm trying to make a conscious effort to stop but it's quite a difficult habit to break.
