Depends upon how severe it is. At points in my life it was barely noticeable, a quirk that girls thought was kind of cute once in awhile. I didn't mention it then, and no one ever had an issue. At other points it was more severe and I would have felt dishonest had I not disclosed very early. When it was bad, I put it at the bottom of my bio.
