Thank you so much. Your words help a lot. Today was about the same, no hang ups per se but I did block horrible on the intercom and that really embarrassed me. I find I am now starting to block on the words "eight" and "park" which I need to announce that someone needs to answer that slot on the phone. I'm kinda panicked to go back tomorrow. I will drink some herbal tea and pray that God helps me somehow tomorrow.
