Your stutter definitely has the capabilities of fluctuating.. what happens sometimes is if you change up a certain behavior (you could be trying to be more expressive for ex), your body will be put into a mode of feeling unsafe, fight or flight. Because you've been using the repressive side of yourself to "keep you safe". As you lasted 24 years being in this state of mind, even if it's not making you happy, your mind only cares about your survival, and it's proven to keep you alive. Changing it up has the potential to spike your stress, thus your stutter. I'm very curious to how you've been working on this, after 2 years of work I completely changed my identity and my stutter. Everyone's different, but I may have a few tips for you
