STUTTER AWARENESS AT WORK TODAY Literally guys this made me so happy. I just started a new job in retail as a supervisor & I had to do online training about discrimination/inclusivity. In one of the modules, it used a woman with a stutter as an example & I couldn’t help but smile so hard. I always get super anxious & insecure about my stutter when starting a new job, so the fact that this was included on my training made me feel SUPER validated. It was like a breath of fresh air since I’ve never seen this included on a training for any of the employers I’ve worked for. I know it’s small, but damn did it make me feel good. Just thought I’d share <3
