If you want to help decrease your stutter, I'd recommend you do adult speech and language voice therapy exercises. Go to YouTube and type in "county durham voice exercises" From the search results, save all the videos from the YouTube channel called "County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation". There's more than 10 of them. Do all the exercises daily, or even twice a day if you can for 90 days and see if you have any reduction in your speech. Ideally you should try something for 18 months before telling yourself that it's not working. But that may be too big a goal for you. There's a lot of voice therapy exercises on YouTube besides ones from that channel. They're more so targeted for singers who lost or want to improve their voice. But they can work for stutterers too because if you think about it, stutterers have issues with their voice not working most/some of the time. So you need to work on your voice, making it stronger. Strengthen your vocal chords and use your voice more by performing the vocal exercises daily. I'd also recommend you pick up signing and later making covers of you're favorite songs. That can be something that brings joy into your life. Just something to think about.
