Definitely. Perhaps we sometimes tend to forget that communication can be difficult for _everyone_, regardless of whether they have an actual speech disorder or not. And then at the same time, we should remember that communication can also be _successful_ for everyone, regardless of speech disorders! If all we see is "stutter = can't communicate", we're definitely losing out on the option to speak anyway, and just let the stutter be part of it.
