Some PWS are reluctant to accept stutter as a disability, let alone non-stutterers. They are still thinking stutter is just a bad habit or psychological disorder although we can't convict them for having such misconception cuz stutter was recognized as a neurological disorder right after 1995 and this eye-opening point of view doesn't develop for a long time not like other disabilities. In addition, it's of best lucks that stutter is mutable and sometimes it turns mild and the other time it turns severe according to your physical and mental healths, essentially different from other unflexible disabilities like deaf, blind ,retard, and dyskinesia.
