Hi, I literally had the same problem as you. To give you some context, I'm in my final year of university doing an Actuarial degree and typically if you've made it this far in Actuarial, you normally are considered mature and intelligent. So, personally, whenever i stuttered in presentations it would have taken away so much of my confidence that i literally felt like i shit and felt like i would never be anything in my life. There were times where i would choose my subjects based on whether they had presentations/speeches and mind you, I'm not even an introvert. I would also do so badly in my video interviews - up to a point where i would sacrifice my dream company/job because i was too scared of stuttering. But recently i overcame this and i really want you to try this because it changed my life. Here's how i did it: \- Make a script!!! - for a presentation u always need a script whether u stutter or not. It makes u come across as prepared and ready. And even for those speeches where u just have to talk on the spot - i still highly recommend writing a script and adding suitable additions like 'umm' or 'does this makes sense' etc. \- PRACTICE BUT WITH MUSIC - put on some headphones/earphones with any type of background music and read this script. I guarantee you, it will lower your stuttering. I practiced my speeches/presentation 4-5 times with music and my stutter was pretty much non-existent. When you actually present, u can still put on some background music and speak just like how u would practice. Staying calm and relaxed for stutterers is much easier said than done. Personally, i remain calm while i listen to any type of music and this made me overcome my stutter for online presentations. This is what i listen to while i am delivering a speech/presentation. Hope it helps. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVKPbZM6tJI&ab\_channel=SuitsMusic](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVKPbZM6tJI&ab_channel=SuitsMusic)
