Yes I have tried Latuda, Abilify, Vraylar, risperdal along with SSRI's and SNRI's. All of those had little effect on my stuttering at all. I hate to say it but the only thing that has worked for me and some other patients is Caplyta. Ecopipam is still undergoing clinical trials and is supposed to hit phase 3 trials this fall I believe. There has been success with that drug as well. Before Caplyta I used to have terrible stuttering my entire life and never envisioned myself being able to make calls for fast food, leading important business meetings or doing basic tasks that involved speech without embarrassing myself. This is the only medication that has reduced my stutter to almost nothing and allowed me to take back my life.
