I have a moderate to severe stutter and I was highly self conscious and had self esteem problems in high school. After I attended a speech program at 18 I was able to change my mindset and learn techniques to manage it. Thing is the techniques are not what make me social now, they help but it’s all mindset. Once I learned that the more I put myself out there, no matter how many times I got rejected by people, the better I was at letting my stutter out and not giving af. I also read the book “the subtle art of not giving a fuck” by mark Manson. Great book that changed my life
