Sort of. I consider my self as always trying to perform high. My self steem is strongly linked to that idea. Every activity I do, I try to perform at the highest level. I got a weird idea that I do this to impress the other people. When you make and excelent job or have an upstanding performance everyone cheers you up. You get attention and aproval at the same time.
