Yeah it's been really rough for me at work. I feel like I'm only still here because it's the best paying job I've ever had by far and I really need the money. As far as when I'm off the phones it's really just when I have breaks and I'll go for a walk around the building which helps a little bit. My headset does allow me to listen to music through my PC when I'm not on calls which also helps me a little. But I am extremely stressed out as far as the commute to and from work because there's so much traffic and I never want to do much of anything after work because I'm so emotionally spent.
