Nowadays, there are so many yes men, people who don't speak up and people who speak up only to say useless or idiot comments that there is a huge value to speak one's mind when it's relevant, even while stuttering. Employers are even ready to pay a premium for that, even for a stutterer once/when they go past their initial rejection.
