I don't know how to do it, but try to accept the reality that some people going to judge you for stuttering, and some people won't judge you. Even if you woke up and stopped stuttering, people always judging each other all day long everywhere. It's human nature. At the same time, not everyone is going to judge you. Even if the stutter catches them off guard, they might be more understanding than you think. Step 1, try practicing not worrying what people think about you. Easier said than done. And I'm not saying "it doesn't matter what people think of you" because that's bulls\*\*\* - of course it matters but stressing about it never helped anyone, stutter or not, and most people are going to judge. Step 2. remember that the people who judge you harshly for stuttering, or make fun of you, they are the worst. It means they are either oblivious/ignorant or they are cruel. The people who don't care about your stutter - maybe they are better people anyways, and so your stutter can function like a built-in filtering system. Exhausting and frustrating - but at least you'll know the good ones when you meet them.
