For many months before last week i was very fluent for a long time,then suddenly i woke up with a sore throat and have been stuttering like crazy since then..its freaking me tf out..my daily routine did not change,nothing changed but all of a sudden i cant even get 1 word out..This has led me to be very impatient and the slightest bs gets me angry cos i cant figure out why my fluency suddenly changed..my head is all over the place right now.im a mess
