I did find an option to chat, though, on the Reddit main app. I responded to the request but won't know if he received the chat response until he responds. I will try to get Reddit working on the new laptop. My screen name isn't being recognized on Reddit on the new computer but IS recognized on the iPhone. Any hints on what's wrong? Sue
