What are some ways of responding to someone that laughed at your stutter?

What are some ways of responding to someone that laughed at your stutter? So I've been thinking for a while in the sentence "I have a disability, is that funny?" But I want to say it without stuttering a lot. This sentence is REALLY hard to say in my language. Do you have any other ideas / easier sentences to say? Sentences to make the person actually feel bad.
