hey, about a month ago i saw this exact comment and went on Youtube to to check him out , i downloaded the pdf and really understood it but what are your thoughts on these techniques , i mean he says that you can achieve 80 to 90 percent fluency , but i that's the case then why do i see people on ted talk stuttering alot alot who are like in their late 30s could not they figure it out or find something like this which made them 80 to 90 percent fluent. I hope you understand what i am trying to say
