People with Tourette’s disorder have the opposite problem to people with a Stuttering Disorder, inasmuch as people with a stuttering disorder worry about not being able to get their words out, whereas people with Tourette’s Disorder worry that they can’t stop themselves doing so. In my opinion this could mean that PWS justify primary behaviors, whereas people with a Tourette's Disorder justify forward flow. I'd like to think of justifying in terms of a neurological habit. I think that the neurological habit of justifying is less hardwired for PWS, because PWS don't realize it, worse even, they deny ever doing this. I'd like to think that PWS who learn to become aware of their hardwired habit, gain more control over decision-making to stop primary behaviors to breathe out during a block.
