Maybe. Everyone is different to how disorders will affect them. If you search ADHD and stuttering (stammering) you will have a lot of articles to read. My daughter doesn’t stutter but has ADHD. She speaks so fast that I need to ask her to repeat what she said. Sometimes need to repeat 3 or more times!! That’s why I think you might have ADHD as well.
