Speech therapy works. Not all speech therapy is the same. You have to find the right program. In this sub I've read some descriptions of speech therapy that make me cringe. I stuttered from early childhood until my mid 20s. Severe stutterer. I found fluency in less than a year of speech therapy. Find a speech therapist who specializes in stuttering.
