So sorry to hear that. I’m kinda the opposite, school was terrible for me with presenting, whereas my full time job now is much better. For me it’s a mental thing. You just gotta remember you’re in control and can own it. You are the one people want to hear and you just gotta take charge. Imagine a strong character (not necessarily physical strength) from a movie/show/book you love and just imagine how they would present it and try to “personify” your presentation by being like them. What I mean is like go into the presentation with their mindset, not actually talking like them lol
