My recent experience is that I don't think about my stutter at all and that makes me stutter more. It is because I'm not using any of the other learned techniques to overcome it. Maybe the nuance is to truly not care whether you stutter or not. So my doubt is, when you stutter, what exactly is your thought process which you term as "not caring." Don't you think it is only natural to want to speak the way we intend to speak?
