I completely agree with what the OP said, he has shown the reality and the rest very clearly, as a young age he is. you have no right to tell someone who is being victimized while the person in question has tried to make improvements in speech for 4 years, I know people who have been in therapy for more than that, and it is normal that after all these years you can say that maybe not everyone can make improvements in speech or eliminate stuttering forever, personally I have changed many different speech therapists, I have also been to psychologists and psychotherapists, and trust me just has gotten worse, sometimes even if you do all the right things it still doesn't work, I feel bad for people who have spent half their lives in different speech therapists and haven't been able to make improvements and come across comments like these from the two people above.
