From personal experience, stuttering in the workplace can be daunting. you want to seem knowledgeable, confident, and friendly, but the stutter can make it come across as though you aren’t. That adds anxiety and nervousness, making the stutter worse. Have their back and help them feel comfortable and confident. Honestly one of the best things you can do is just talk to them the same way you would to someone who doesn’t stutter. Be patient, keep eye contact, and let them finish. Refrain from finishing their sentences or trying to guess the word they’re struggling on. Also what’s the trade if you don’t mind me asking?
