Although, it doesn't say anything about detecting stutter response/perspective. * [reducing the iceberg (secondary behaviors)](https://www.stuttering.co.nz/news/avoidance-reduction-therapy/)? It looks like this therapy only focuses on the text-book iceberg, instead of the complete picture. In the PDF file I shared with you, there are 95% other secondary behaviors that are more ultimate (than said therapy)
