Hey! I'm a person who stutters while also working in tech (specifically VC). I just launched the first Slack-based community for professionals who stutter 3 months ago - we already have 150+ people. You should join if you're interested as its completely free ([www.stutterfreely.com](https://www.stutterfreely.com)). I mention this because it's easy to feel isolated in a work environment where you're the only person who stutters. Everyone in our community shares this underlying fact - they're oftentimes the only people who stutter on their teams including myself. We shouldn't let this stop us as stuttering is just our accent. We talk about this a lot in our community but my two cents here is that it might help to disclose to your team about your stutter. You can disclose one by one, but this actually may bring you closer to your colleagues. It's important to be vulnerable as stuttering is just 1 of 1,000,000,000,000... vulnerabilities. Everyone has them, but they just come in a bunch of different flavors. There's nothing wrong with you at all and they hired you because they value your thinking and work. You got this! Feel free to also join the community if you're interested - it'll help you feel less lonely and meet others who are going through the same thing as you! :)
