I have been going to therapy when i was younger that made it worse. About 6 months ago i went to another doctor and i made great progress but then covid came and i clinic got closed so tried to help myself. I had problems with b p m f k t and vowels now its only vowels. Especially o u and fucking E. I get blocked on E because i once got blocked in the class on word electricity, they laugh and since then i cannot say that word and am pretty desperate
