Did stuttering impact your interviews badly?

Did stuttering impact your interviews badly? So, today I sat for a club interview at my university. I believe I had a better profile comparing to my counterparts but during interview I was stuttering significantly. I had a lot to say but couldn't due to speech restriction and difficulty in pronounciation. However I felt they ended the interview a bit earlier comaparing to previous interviews and I am feeling a bit down about it. Did anything similer happen to you? What was the outcome?
