Oh man, I feel you. But listen, giving a speech is such an advanced-level thing that most fluent people can't even do well. On top of being at school, you're really on hard mode and you need to understand that. What's your experience with speech therapy? I had genuinely traumatising speech therapy as a child, but I went back when I was about 20 and I was extremely clear that I didn't want to learn techniques to improve my fluency, I wanted to understand my stutter better and learn how to deal with it emotionally. I lucked out and had a really great experience. Something revolutionary to me was 'stutter on purpose'. Ask a shop assistant where the eggs are and stutter, on purpose. Stutter where you wouldn't normally stutter and stutter for longer. It gave me back to so much agency. It isn't something you need to be constantly trying to limit. It's ok to speak like that.
