Congratulations to you! However I do think that you experience is more of a personal one and I would caution against others thinking that these things may also "cure" their stutter. As a PWS as well, I would say that I am quite physically fit (run and workout 6-7 times a week) and work in a job where I am communicating to 30-40 people a day (teacher) and I still stutter. Stuttering is a condition that we manage everyday and we learn tricks and mechanisms to manage it. In general, most people who stutter and have for many years will not be cured of their stutter, but they learn to manage it. I learned MANY amazing tools to manage my stutter from a speech therapist at a time in my life that I was ready to accept my stutter as part of who I am, and these speech therapists truly changed my life. Your experience is amazing and I truly am happy for you, and you have mentioned great tricks for how to manage our stutter (speaking calmly, accepting it). I also know that your experience is not everyone's and many of us physically fit, high communicators still stutter.
