Stuttering lifestyle change that somehow worked for me Disclaimer: This is my personal experience, I can’t guarantee it’ll work for everyone. I have been stuttering since I was 5 years old and I’d been sick of it, people laughing at me, I can’t even pronounce my own name sometimes. My brain knew which word I would stutter on before I even said it. So I started to look into some options that may cause it. I’m a Muslim and I asked god for help and I guess he guided me towards a possible lifestyle change you guys can do too so I’ll share my experience. I figured out my stuttering was mostly anxiety based so I researched things that could help with that. Too much dopamine in the brain is a huge anxiety inducer, so I started no f*p. After 2 weeks of no f*p I noticed my self confidence was higher and my energy was insane. I could pronounce words very fluently and at one point I was talking like I never had a stutter at all before in English and my native language. I also used a plant based anxiety supplement that helped alot with communication and managing anxiety but the moderators don’t allow that information so I’ll refrain from it. Im a 23 year old male but I’m not sure if the same would apply to females but you can try it.
