That people think you’re mad, upset, frustrated, when you’re using breathing and fluency techniques to talk with them. It legitimately takes so much brain power to use them that it’s hard to also give those positive conversation cues like smiling, having the right tone of voice, etc. I’m not angry at this conversation, I’m just trying to reply fluently!
