Oh sorry i didnt read the title 1. You can Pick up a book you like and read it out loud for about 30 minutes a day. You learn that way how to breathe the right way to reduce your stutter 2. Public speaking. You will improve your self confidence. If you have social anxiety you stutter more, because youre stressed Its simple to reduce your stutter, but no one said its easy
