Believe it or not, one of the best places I've found for a constructive community centered around a disability is Facebook. The private groups there can be a completely separate experience from the public groups. disclaimer: I have not looked at any stuttering communities on Facebook. The private groups I am involved with on FB are not related to stuttering.
