Oh, definetly when they finish what I'm saying. I stutter, yes. That doesn't mean I can't speak. I just need a little more time sometimes. I suspect some people do that to avoid self-embarassment, because for some reason if you stutter it embarasses them too. Fortunately it happens with people with whom I don't share a personal connection, I know who really cares about me. But it's still an asshole thing to do.
