Can you add fillers like “And I’m” or varying how to say those. Try to imagine “I am” as a name. Or even like in your mind say the words “eye hymn” “xye gym” then say your name. Or one word. Even just “Ahh” suffices as I. Don’t focus on the words themselves. Focus on making the sounds with your vocal cords first then add the mouth structures. It’s not making noise that’s the problem it’s combining the mouth with the sound that’s hard. Hope this helps a bit.
