You're not alone. For me its aslo a cknstant struggle from participating in class, just talking to people. To make it better, I recommend you to tell people directly that you stutter (friend, teacher). It will avoid embarrassing moments when they find it out. Just making people know about your struggle will help. Try to explain how they can help, like maintaining the eye contact, not laughing, etc It's the best advice I can give you for the moment 😭 Can I know how old you are ? Or just if ur a teenager or not, in this case I could probably give you more tips
