Breathing and rythm is key, dont use all of your breath in one sentece. If you feel like you're gonna stutter, stop talking and get on track again. You'll be surprise how much people are ok with silence (much more than a block or a stutter). Theater and political speach has a lot of knowledge if you don't want to do speach therapy (but do it, helps a lot).
