Check out Baclofen. It’s used for alcohol withdrawals but my psych prescribed it to me and it’s helped the most out of anything I’ve taken besides Xanax. There’s a study showing it decreases some peoples’ stutters so if you show that to your doc I bet they’d prescribe it off-label for you. It’s a muscle relaxant but not a benzo.
