The stuttering cycle is a vicious cycle. The key is to not think about the stutter. So much easier said than done, but that is what it’s about. I truly believe most of us don’t have a physical stutter, we have a mental stutter. How crazy is it that we can “forget” to stutter. It’s a delusion in our heads that we can’t say certain words. We can. Granted your stutter isn’t a result of physical trauma. Because I don’t want to write a novel write now, just focus on what you love and your goals, have gratitude for what you do have, and try to connect with people. Focus on the message, not the words.. it’s tough. But you’ve got it.
