"Psych meds" sounds very abstract. :) People can suffer from all sorts of things, but the crucial thing is where exactly they're at diagnostically, and what exactly is being done medicinally. - In terms of anecdotes, I was on an antidepressant for a while, and I don't think I noticed any change in my stutter.
